ANSWER: The only pardon that has any real validity is that for Hunter. All of these “preemptive” pardons are not valid. The Supreme Court made this issue very clear. Granted, President Ford pardoned President Nixon. That was not really constitutional again as a preemptive pardon. However, nobody pressed the issue because it would have torn the country apart. So they let sleeping dogs lie, as they say. It is by no means a precedent for Biden, but this showed that everyone he pardoned is, in fact, guilty of high crimes and misdemeanors.

The Supreme Court explained very clearly in Burdick v United States, 236 US 79 (1915) that the acceptance and grant of a pardon is essential to its validity. The person must “accept” the pardon, for the court has no power to force it on him (see also United States v. Wilson, 32 U.S. 7 Pet. 150 (1833).


Nevertheless, here is the issue. The Court made it very clear that there are substantial differences between legislative immunity (Amnesty) and a pardon. They explained that a PARDON carries an imputation of guilt and acceptance of a confession of it, whereas legislative immunity (Amnesty) is noncommittal and tantamount to silence of the witness. This is a huge difference, so every Biden Pardon means they are guilty of high crimes and/or misdemeanors.

I saw a report the other day that the CIA directly controlled WH operations during the so-called Biden Administration....at the end all meetings of importance with Biden had a CIA operative in the room.....almost certainly because after his refusal to vacate he could not be trusted.
 
Pelosi probably did have a lot to do with Biden finally agreeing to not run for a second term, but she was carrying out CIA orders.
 
But the Leftists claim the preemptive pardons are necessary so those criminals won't have to pay a lawyer. :palm:
 
I was reading today that the Wall Street Mafia/CIA has going back many decades run money making mafioso operations for use on operations that they want to keep secret from the government.

Which has a lot to do with the best and the brightest deciding about 30 years ago that the CIA is unreformable.
 
I suspect we know where most of the Afghanistan heroin production money went.....after we left production dropped by over 95%.
 
For this proposal to mean anything, some legal actions need to take place.

The massive lying goes back a long ways...we were for instance lied to about JFK and other killings during the 60's early 70's, and we were lied to about the Gulf of Tonkin event in order to get us into Vietnam.

Did you see where the order that we were not to be told that Sars-Cov2 came from the Wuhan lab came from the CIA?
 
BTW re JFK I saw recently a credible claim that Johnson got a warning that it was going to happen, to make sure that he was ready and that he would behave after.
 
I also saw a claim that RFK was sure that the CIA killed JFK, and was trying to prove it....that's why the CIA killed him.

I am almost certain that I heard from Ray McGovern.

I actually met Howard Donahue who theorized that an SS agent accidentally shot jfk.

Admiral Stockdale did say he witnessed the Tonkin incident from his fighter plane and that it was a hoax.

Almost certainly it was a CIA operation, but the SS was in on it.

Why the CIA decided that JFK had to go I am not clear on.
 
One theory is that the Zionists decided he had to go, another is that he had decided that the CIA was Evil and needed to be dealt with.....there might be others.
