If unemployed people don't have another source of income, at least an annual amount of around 16-17,000, they do not qualify for a subsidy -- only Medicaid.

Again, Obamacare was supposed to fill all of the cracks and insure EVERYONE who did not have insurance. If it is not doing that it has failed, which would answer as to why the democraps want Trump care passed.

It did not do that and it has failed. Unemployed people likely do not qualify for it. People with part time jobs might.

2014 was around the time it started, income and eligibility were based on the 'honor system', so to speak.

Once the process was refined, verification of income and citizenship was implemented.

I don't argue insurers are leaving.
