The Senate Democraps shut down the Government by not passing a House passed Government funding Bill with a few Obamacare criteria. The House has the Constitutional authority to do this, so when the Senate refused to pass the House's Bill along to the President, they are the ones who shut down the Government, not the House Republicans, therefore the Senate Democraps get the blame. If the Bill got to President Obama and he vetoed it, then President Obama would get the blame, instead of the Senate Demos. The House funds Government entities that they believe need funding, obviously the House thought that Obamacare was a losing proposition, not worth funding at this time, again they did their jobs as Congressional Leaders. The Senate Democraps are a bunch of Socialists who take marching orders from the likes of Georgi Soros, who basically runs the Left Wing in America.
