second....where do you think the goverment gets money? they can't just print it ad nauseum....they must have some revenue back, and corps give back

There's no false paradox, though, granted, that sounds fancy.. Tax cuts are not sufficient to guarantee american hiring. Labor costs also matter. They can just print it ad nauseum and they do, they did it for bankers they can do it for the american people too.
