Who said the judge would take Hunter biden's plea deal?

Nothing was resolved. The prosecutor and judge were Trump's appointees. I m not sure what the judge wants, however, it is very rare for a plea bargain to be rejected.

The judge was only an appointee of Trump in that they were part of a Democratic slate put forward as part of a compromise agreement so that they could get a vote on some of his other appointees.

She's been considered for a Federal judgeship by your beloved pResident (Dementia Joe) Biden himself (even Desh was able to find that one and point it out, if she's noting the Democratic Party membership of the judge that just did this, then you can take that to the frikin' bank.)
