Every Country has a "spy unit". It's a bit different when the "spy unit" openly states it can openly spy on everyone in the world. But it has a 51% chance of insuring those spied on are foreigners and not Americans. So those Brazilian and German leaders don't have to worry about the Patriot Act spying on Americans unless there is a near 50/50 chance. As for themselves? Yea they got spied on...

So if Americans don't want it many other Countries are openly attacking us verbally for it.....why are we not questioning it? Because of big money. Corporations that designed Prism are raking it in and the politicians they purchased are too. Money in politics always ends the same.

As for Kennedy; he gave us the Bay of Pigs fiasco and nearly a nuclear war and WWIII with Russia. He was the typical inexperienced naive Democrat whose foreign policy was a disaster and started our involvement in Vietnam. His credibility is extremely low on anything else he may have uttered.
