I believe BAC supplied the dictionary on the word "brandish".

Bottom line: no matter what angle you take, this joker OPENLY DISPLAYED A HOLSTERED GUN at a meeting about HEALTHCARE in order to demand attention. He could have worn a T-shirt, or displayed a sign. Instead he showed his gun because a gun INTIMIDATES PEOPLE. Well, he got his 15 minutes....but the response wasn't what he bargained for. Tough donuts for him.
