That's what I'd do. Ignore the Courts whenever it is convenient to do so.

Enforcement is up to the Justice Department, and the Justice Department is not part of the Judicial Branch, language notwithstanding.

The Justice Department, as we learned with Barr and the orangutan, is part of the Executive Branch.

The Judicial Branch can say something is wrong, but if the Executive Branch doesn't enforce their rulings, they're just blowing smoke up each other's asses.

As we can see, the genius founders had this all figured out as well. They got all of it perfect. They must have been gods.
