Where the GOP's head is at.

Shaken, not stirred!
Take note, America. When put on the carpet, the current GOP majority and/or leadership will ALWAYS find some BS excuse NOT to protect and support the very people who vote them into office. The following is a synopsis of a proposed BILL that did NOT receive one vote of support from the GOP. A disgrace!

House Republicans vote against measure to track white supremacist activity in military

As President Trump said, nazis are good people.

Why shouldn't they? It's a non-problem. It's a bigger problem that bigger gangs actually try to get their members into the military to get trained so they'll be better 'soldiers' against the police. Leftists generally don't join the military.

If it is a nonproblem why oppose it?

My man, do some research as to how many vets and former military jokers became part of violent white supremacist/neo-nazi groups that perpetrated crimes against American citizens and gov't! Now, list how many "gang" members are vets or ex-military that have done the same I'll give you a chance to show the readers your results before I educate you on the subject.

Because it is unnecessary. The few radical Right neo-nazi types that end up in the military out themselves PDQ. Seen that myself early on in my career. A guy in E-Division on the Enterprise was one of that sort, and after being interviewed, he was summarily discharged with a less than honorable. I was the division clerk (typing about 40 wpm got me that less than desirable position for about six months). I watched the zero's (officers) interview him then paperwork him out of the Navy.

You can't be this clueless. Does the Oklahoma City Bombing ring a bell? And if you want to try and blow that off, get educated on this:

Your alleged experiences are meaningless, because obviously there's a whole world happening that you're clueless about. GET EDUCATED MAN!!

By all indications at failing the U.S. and humanity at being a tRump, in particular, corrupted shit stain on society and humanity on Earth that is incapable of either supporting or co-existing in a civilized society, represents the current repuke party of rot!
Additionally, it appears or evident that the head of the GQP is in the rectum of Satan the devil as a unGodly atrocity upon humanity and currently living it up at their shit owned sedition, treason and insurrectionist conspiracies on the taxpayer's money.

Maybe you should read the articles you cite:

While neo-Nazis and other extremists are rare in the U.S. armed forces, exactly how rare is not known.

The Pentagon report’s authors did not name any of the personnel or veterans who were cited in the document, including the National Guard member in the Iron March exchange. But the report makes it abundantly clear who it is: a co-founder of Atomwaffen Division, a group that once comprised 80 members in several states and has been implicated in several hate-fueled murders.

OMG, 80 members (most of whom aren't military or ex-military)! The horror!

Outside of those references, the article is about a single National Guardsman. Talk about anecdote...

For those in power, who are Leftists, they see a problem where there isn't one and has long taken care of itself because for the Left, even an infinitesimal amount of pushback against them has to be squashed.

The GOP not performing is 91.4% of why Trump happened, but these useless fucks will never admit it.

Oh contraire, mon ami! Trump is the result of trend that started with Reagan and his raising the tent flap to let the right wing evangelicals have a seat at the table. From that, the new conservatives were born, who morphed into the Tea Party and then the MAGA crowd. GOP leadership kept thinking they could just use the fringe elements for votes and then discard them. They were wrong, and here we are.

Ahh, yet another 3rd rate Davey Duke propagandistic attempt by the likes of you.

You want to play excerpts? Try these for size:

While neo-Nazis and other extremists are rare in the U.S. armed forces, exactly how rare is not known. And military veterans who adhere to supremacist beliefs have been overrepresented in recent American violence — including in the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol.

But the extent of the military’s own extremism problem has yet to be tracked, Pentagon officials have acknowledged.

This is the case despite periodic reports of hate-inspired violence by military veterans and despite recent Military Times polls finding that about one-third of active-duty personnel have witnessed signs of white supremacy in the ranks — and nearly half consider it more of a threat than North Korea and nearly as menacing as foreign terrorism, according to a 2020 survey by the paper.

In other words, those 80 cases you try to trivialize are just the ones they know about. Got that bunky? You'd know this if you'd learn to read carefully and comprehensively instead of skimming through things to try and justify your subconscious MAGA/Alt-right jones.

Thank God folk like you are NOT in charge of the military...because to you the Oklahoma bombing should be just shrugged off because not everyone was ex-military....just a one or tw.

Thanks for helping to substantiate the OP. Carry on.

So, having never served in the military, you are suddenly an omniscient expert on extremists in the military hum? At least I have over two decades of actual experience to go off of. Last, it would seem you think the military is chock-a-block full of extremists that must be purged. Got news for you, they are extremely rare and not a particular threat. They can be dealt with through existing channels when exposed which is rare. And, the most dangerous to the military and nation are guys like this, not some neo-Nazi.

What in the worlds makes you think that anyone with an 1/8 of a brain actually believes any of your personal claims? And IF they were true, how in the world does your LIMNITED personal analysis supplant the leaderships which has active access to the ENTIRE military establishment? GMAFB!

Like all intellectually impotent MAGA minions, you rely on waving the flag and large memes of dubious nature (and maturity) to try and avoid what you can't logically and/or factually refute or disprove. Then you babble some revisionist rubbish as to what I actually stated and then supported with FACTS FROM THE SOURCE, as if the reader can't see your folly.

Extremely rare? Sorry bunky, but your opinion is of no value in lieu of the facts, as I point to a problem that the military explains....I NEVER stated that the "problem" was overwhelming, but dumb toots like you only see what you want to see. Hmm, you probably had the same stupid ass mentality when the military was dealing with the Christo-fascist elements intent on fucking things up even more in Afghanistan with their against-the-rules proselytizing attempts. Do some honest research into that, if you have the guts.

You can deny, you can lie...but the FACTS will always be there to thwart you and your ilk. The OP stands valid. Carry on.
