What's your vote based on?

Have you ever voted for a candidate because of their race, sex, or party affiliation?
 
I used to vote straight Democratic unless I specifically had a reason not to, in which case I'd vote third party, or if there were no third party candidate I'd vote for the Republican. I've made up my mind that I'm never going to vote for another Republican again, though, so if there's no other option I'm just going to leave that race blank.

ever is a long time for some of us - i made most of my political mistakes when i was younger and more foolish - yes i am leaving my self open, but what the hell

the choices between parties are getting greater and greater and yet in some ways just the same
