What's the Donld going to do when he realizes his buddy Putin

..hopefully do more then Obama did..It was under Obama's dithering red-line that Putin became positive he wouldn't face any push back for becoming Assad's air force.
Worse was Obama sanctioning Egypt for no reason because of "junta rule" when no one in Congress was even calling for sanctions.
Don't forget the crappy Iran deal; we really showed them! Iran is in Syria largely because they can afford their expeditionary force now.

All that in just 8 years of undoing 40+ years of keeping Russia out of the mideast.

How come I never thought that a simple question regarding the new president was going to be "Obama's fault?" Silly me

Want to try addressing the question now?

And by the way, the Iran deal was anything but "crappy." Iran was in Syria long before the deal, the deal postponed the inevitable, and the rest of the world wasn't going to maintain sanctions regardless of what the US did, meaning no deal would have been even worse

the best thing we can do to syria is let russia handle it. The american people wont accept more troops there anyway.

the deal was worthless. which wouldn't be bad in itself; except much of Obama's twisting away from the Sunni states
caused needless angst problems there. To this day the Gulf sates don't trust us,and Saudi Arabia is looking more and more to Russia for weapons ( if not security guarantees)
Some say his walking back the red line in Syria was to accomodate Iranian interests (?)

Iran is more bellicose then ever -recall the seizing of US sailors jut before the agreement.
Then they money held by embargo "stacks of cash" ( pallets of hard currency) flown in the middle of the night as ransom.
If it wasn't ransom, then why the secrecy?

as far as I know Iranian troops were not in Syria prior to Obama; yes Iran has long supported Hez,and perhaps there might have been some trainers - but not the expeditonary Qods force that is there now.

You knew it but you think Trump didn't? You're a perfect example of what's wrong with this country.

oh, he knows it, but don't care, and thus it will have consequences, he is now displaying a total lack of understanding of the complexities of Foreign Affairs

"worthless?" So Iran having the bomb now would be a more ideal situation? The US maintaining sanctions would have been inane, Iran would have plenty of avenues opened for trade, in particular with Russia and Iran

And you blaming everything on Obama can easily be equaled by blaming Bush for beginning the quagmire by upsetting the existing balance of power with the Iraq War blumder

I only blame Obama for Obama's actions. I've never blamed him for the formation of ISIS; but I have blamed him for the JV remark.
Other then that what we are talking about here was under Obama
