What’s the best argument for not impeaching Biden for this?

a Dem president, Dem house, and Dem senate is NEVER going to incur an impeachment in our day and age. same goes for republicans.........

I’m not even sure I want him impeached [let the voters kick him out] but the point is it’s definitely an impeachable offense when you consider the *young* lives being taken by the Fentanyl, the human trafficking that’s being enabled and by the fact the Mexican cartels have more control over our border than we do.

What is the best argument for not finally arresting tRump and hauling him and his criminal family in to stand accountable for their atrocities, in particular tRump enabling the covid death of over 600,000 Americans and inciting insurrection and in addition to conspiring with the then Injustice Dept. to wage war on the lawful 2020 electoral process? Actually President Biden should be praised at mitigating the covid crimes against humanity atrocity that tRump and his GQPer goons created as a result of getting over 200 million Americans vaccinated, and you need to take this shitty attitude of yours against President Biden and shove it on up there. There were great arguments at impeaching Putin's bitch tRump twice to which the tyrant will have that legacy forever at being a twice impeach atrocity, and despite his seditious repukes acquitting the tyrant tRump. Democrats can only blame themselves for lowering the standards for impeachment.

It’s inarguably true that he’s not upholding his oath of office. All that’s needed is a Republican House to pigeon hole that into high crimes and misdemeanors. It’s such a degree of dereliction of his sworn duty *it ought be* criminal.

Here’s House Speaker Darth Omar’s approach on it. That kind of has a ring to it lol. I wouldn’t impeach him partly out of principle [seen quite enough of abuse of it the last four years] but I would definitely bring a Censure vote and it would almost certainly stick. This would force the media to cover it, force democrat to defend it and call attention to the *human atrocities* that have been occurring due to the Biden administration’s dereliction of duty at the border.

Voters could take if from there in the next election. They’ll know what to do.

Human trafficking is a polite word for human slavery.

Think about it: all the handwringing and moral preening over slavery hundreds of years ago in this country and nothing but crickets about the slavery our own government is enabling by our lack of border policy.

Maybe BLM will start making some noise over it.

There could be an argument made that what the Biden administration is doing at the border is in fact furthering human trafficking as a willing participant. The fig leaf of giving them an immigration hearing at some vague future date is really meaningless when they are allowed into the US in any case, will almost certainly get work, might receive government assistance, likely get valid US ID like a driver's license, etc.

The argument could be that Biden and Harris are aiding and abetting the cartels in Mexico by their unwillingness to uphold US immigration laws and are therefore criminally complicit themselves in human trafficking. It might be an interesting international move for a nation or two that is a US rival--say China or Russia--to simply bring this up before the UN or other international political body (the international court in the Hague?) and put Biden and Harris on the defensive over it.

fuck you losers. US law mandates all who make it to our soil have a right to a hearing on asylum. biden is following that law. you hypocrites are amazing- you spend most of your time saying vacs don't work, it is your right to refuse one, but with these people you demand they get a shot not knowing their medical history, if they have already been vaccinated, and without their consent just for following our law on asking for asylum.
