Why doesn't he have her prosecuted?

He is president, right? Just call up Beauregard Sessions and tell him to do it!

I am almost positive that if Sessions could charge her on anything he would.

As the honest and honorable man that President Trump is, he is keeping his word on not going after Hillary for her many crimes.
