The CDC never said Ivermectin and HCQ couldn't be prescribed to treat things that Ivermectin and HCQ were known to be effective in treating. Ivermectin, HCQ and every other trial-tested and confirmed medication on the market, continued to be prescribed alllll throughout the pandemic.

They (CDC) said Ivermectin and HCQ weren't shown to be effective in treating Covid and maybe the conspiracy theorists fools should stop self-medicating with feed store Ivermectin before you kill yourself.

Ivermectin is quite safe/effective, whether it comes from a feed store or elsewhere (so long as it is from a reputable producer/distributor). One just has to know how to properly dose it.

Again, the CDC makes recommendations. Doctors have the final say on what prescriptions they write. The medical boards of each state regulate doctors, not the federal government.
