Just let Obama start "doing things" by executive order and see how that goes over. A lead balloon comes to mind. There is a reason that past presidents have avoided it AMAP. Besides the limitations of what he can do with it, there would be the perception of bypassing the constitution which the other side would grab and run with. Talk about bringing the other side back into the game....

You can holler that people don't like republicans all you want but realistically about 50% of us don't see that much difference between them and their democratic counterparts in a lot of areas.
