If you bother to actually read the indictments, he was not arrested for questioning anything.

Trump is charged with conspiracy to defraud the US, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of an official proceeding, and conspiracy against rights.

Defendant,
DONALD J . TRUMP,
did knowingly combine, conspire, confederate, and agree with co-conspirators, known and
unknown to the Grand Jury, to corruptly obstruct and impede an official proceeding, that is, the
certification of the electoral vote, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1512(c)(2).

DONALD J . TRUMP,
did knowingly combine, conspire, confederate, and agree with co-conspirators, known and
unknown to the Grand Jury, to injure, oppress, threaten, and intimidate one or more persons in the
free exercise and enjoyment of a right and privilege secured to them by the Constitution
and laws
of the United States—that is, the right to vote, and to have one's vote counted.

Hakeem Jeffries questioned Trump's election and became the minority leader.

"The more we learn about the 2016 election the more ILLEGITIMATE it becomes," Jeffries posted (on X) in 2018 amid the widely discredited allegation that Trump colluded with Russia to win the presidency.

Arrested on 17 counts of conspiring to overturn a valid election. Four of his co-conspirators have pleaded guilty and have admitted to it. That doesn’t include his Chief of Staff. More to come.

Then, you can toss in another 40 counts of violating the Espionage Act and obstruction of justice.

34 more counts of paying hush money to his whore to affect the outcome of an election.

Ruh roh. Forgot the trial he’s now in regarding tax fraud, which he has already lost.

If you do not see the difference between those items...you should really not be engaging in these kinds of discussions. Maybe sports...or movies...or books. The one about See Spot Run...would be a good one to start with.

You should not. A consortium of newspapers went over the Bush/Gore election and found a full recount would have been in Gore's favor. He actually won. Yet he,for the good of the country, to end the strife, conceded .
Hillary conceded that day after the election.,. Daffy Donald still has not.
No person ever tried to overthrow the election except Trump. He was not arrested for questioning the election. He was charged with trying to change the results to stay in office by illegal methods.

The operative word in your attempt to twist the truth and reality is QUESTIONED.

Gore, Abrams and Clinton QUESTIONED the results of the elections they ran in, then followed the law.

Trump QUESTIONED then engaged in a campaign of lies and obstructed the law eventually leading up to a riot at the US Capitol and an attempt to violently undo the legitimate results of a legally conducted election.

But you know all that just like everyone else knows it.

The big difference is that die hard Trumpers who refuse to let it go and accept reality, are lying scum who don't really believe in democracy or The Constitution.

Now feel free to kindly go fuck yourself. :fu:

trump only sent his supporters in to storm the Capitol chamber where the Gore himself stormed the chamber. Gore grabbed the gavel, and took control of the count. He then... declared Bush the winner. He did not setup fake Electors, like trump did.

All bullshit, and the reason some pleaded guilty was because they couldn't afford the high paid attorneys needed to keep going through this entire witch hunt.

Nobody is arrested for questioning an election.

Arrests come as a result of trying to sabotage them.

Libhater would agree. He is not able to understand the degree of misinformation he receives from his anti-American sources.

Wow Bigdog, do you think the lefties here have the ability or the know how to actually read those examples of dems denying
elections, and then admit that these charges against Trump are simply political witch hunt garbage?
