They would? How do you know?
We can see the effect from the ending of the First Prohibition.

Really? Who told you that?
Who told me that the black market increases prices due to risk? Really?

Have you got some examples?
You have never studied US history? This isn't a class for history, I am not here to write your political science papers for you.

Do those types of laws stop underage drinking? Smoking?
Did I say that they did?

How so? What's unsupportable about current DUI laws?
When did I say the laws were unsupportable? I think you confuse more supportable with unsupported. However there is no legal limit of THC that creates a DUI charge, one could be created which would be more supportable than just saying any level is illegal. At this point they are not because the usage of it at all is not supported by law.

So no real medical research has been conducted as of now?
http://www.scientificamerican.com/article.cfm?id=marijuana-research

Yet outdated regulations and attitudes thwart legitimate research with marijuana. Indeed, American biomedical researchers can more easily acquire and investigate cocaine. Marijuana is classified as a so-called Schedule 1 drug, alongside LSD and heroin. As such, it is defined as being potentially addictive and having no medical use, which under the circumstances becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Got any suggestions? I'd like to read one or two.
Any suggestions about books you could write? How does that correlate to books you can read?
