The median household income hit $56,516 in 2015, an increase in real terms of 5.2 percent from 2014.

The gains of Americans with lower incomes were bigger than those of the well-to-do. We haven’t seen broadly shared income growth like this since the late 1990s. In the case of the poorest 10th of the population, incomes were up by 7.9 percent.

African Americans incomes were up 4.1 percent. The poverty rate among African Americans, while still far too high, fell from 26.2 percent in 2014 to 24.1 percent in 2015.

I can think of around ten trillion things about this country that are worse than they were eight years ago......and that's only thinking about the national debt......if you want to reference African Americans, how about the unemployment rates in the inner cities, the quality of schools in Democrat controlled school districts and the left's refusal to do anything to change it........how about national security, the failure to enforce immigration laws, sanctuary cities, unvetted refugees.......how about capital crimes in Chicago, the assassination of police officers, mass killings in Orlando.......how about the disaster we created in Libya, Egypt, Syria, Afghanistan, Iraq......good lord, that list took longer to type than it did to think up......why are liberals so clueless?......
