sep 22 2020 Wells Fargo CEO Charles Scharf is being called to the carpet over his claims that the bank’s diversity woes are the result of a lack of talent.

Scharf, who took over the embattled $1.97 trillion bank last year to save it from a series of financial scandals, has left black employees “exasperated” with repeated claims that the bank has not yet met its diversity goals due to a dearth of qualified candidates, according to Reuters.

The 55-year-old Scharf reportedly made the remarks on a 90-minute Zoom call earlier this summer only to reiterate them in a June 18 memo. “While it might sound like an excuse, the unfortunate reality is that there is a very limited pool of black talent to recruit from,” the memo said.

Scharf has promised to double the amount of African American employees in key positions at Wells Fargo in the next five years, and he’s already added two people of color — Lester Owens, head of operations, and Ather Williams, head of Strategy — to the bank’s powerful operating committee.

1. Black-americans come in last in all standardized tests. Asian-americans do fine on all the tests so it's not due to cultural bias in the tests.

2. Africa is by far the poorest and most backward continent on the planet. All of black africa is now controlled by blacks and has been for decades so it's not due to racism.

3. No black has ever won a Science Nobel Prize unless you count one in 1979 for the semi-science of economics. They have won many nobels in non-brain fields like Peace and also in Literature so it is not due to racism.

4. Out of 1552 chess grandmasters in the world, only THREE are black.
 
We saw this too with the Nixon program to get Corporate America to hire a bunch of blacks to get them off the streets so that they would stop rioting...."Just how bad of quality are we supposed to put up with?".

Answer was "What ever it takes, make your numbers".

We saw this with Clinton, Midnight Basketball was supposed to get them to stop committing crimes. It didn't work.
 
With what's coming out of our education system, there's probably a shortage of talent from any race or nationality.

Surely they dont have any trouble finding loads of self loathing white critical race theory experts to staff HR.

Some of the problem with corporate HR is they are assholes. They have no clue what they are looking for, they have these stupid "guideline questions" that are supposed to retain "acceptable" candidates for a job they have no idea of how to do.

Which made them very easy to be captured by the Woke Religion, the revolution. The bigger problem of course is that this level of negligence has been too much the norm in America, so the revolution indoctrinated at the failed Universities took control of so many institutions so fast that it was done before hardy anyone noticed that anything was going on.

We are now within months of the Constitution possibly being functionally dead.

If the D's take both houses and the POTUS chair the Constitution is finished, America is going to be remade into something else.

SCOTUS is not going to save the Constitution.

Nor will the military.

Don't forget about our military, and our veterans. They take their oath to protect the constitution more seriously than politicians do.

Yup - corporate america is ordered to hire illiterate blacks and give them a desk and $100,000 a year and tell them "don't touch a damn thing."

Education needs to be privatized. Govt has really screwed it up with all their busing and black teacher quotas and dumbing down the schools to suit black IQs and massive affirmative action grading..
