and 300 million plus guns in America, statistically, it's a given that sooner or latter a dimwit is going marry up with a gun producing disastrous consequences. How in the hell does more guns and easier access address this situation?

Shootings are becomming so common in America that on top of yesterday's ballfield ambush we had four people shot and killed at a Fed Ex facility in California and it got minor coverage.

And the lame argument that "good guys with guns" addresses the problem is bogus since mass shootings are becoming nearly a daily occurrence and we already got 300 million plus guns in "good guys" hands out there

But did you notice those van attacks killed limited people, largely because they were in a nation where guns are strictly limited, if that was the US, we'd have another Orlando with multiple victims, a semi-aitomatic weapon can kill dozens in minutes

Actually given all the guns you say exist, there would be tons more shootings than they are.

I think we need to find a cure for liberalism and the hate that it inspires. Do you think that this liberal wouldn't have tried another avenue to express his hate? Say taking a van and driving it through the crowd like your muslime friends have taken to doing in Europe?

What is your solution?

The Orlando shooter was a Hillary supporter. Gabby Giffords shooter was a liberal. Yesterdays shooter was a raging Bernie supporter feeling the Bern.

Notice a common thread? Like muslimes where islum is the common thread, these others have liberalism in common

Once an Amendment to the Constitution,it's nearly impossible to repeal. Only the 18th was repealed. And being the 2nd Amendment it is just part of our culture. Hardly worth discussing.

You mean 30,000+ gun deaths a year, 9,000+ homicides aren't enough for you? Those figures are astronomical compared to any other developed nation, then again we are the only nation with too many guns and too easy access to too many guns, do think maybe, just maybe, there may be a relationships?

And "liberalism inspires hate?" Last I remember it wasn't the "liberals" who ran a candidate who spent a year referring to others as losers, morons, enemies, liars, criminals, etc., words have consequences and any fish stinks from the head down

I thought the Orlando shooter was an ISIS supporter, and now you got him a Democrat? And the Giffords shooter was a liberal, funny, at the time your side said he was just deranged. And you shouldn't even go there, the Oklahoma City bombing alone puts the right's death count beyond anything anyone else could match

We got eight years of talk radio and right wing demogogues talking hate for anything Obama, even labeled him a Muslim terrorist, and then top it off with a GOP candidate who calls people losers, morons, liars, traitors, criminals, etc., and you think the left is preaching hate?
