In the United States, the time change for the end of Daylight Saving Time (DST) occurs on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at 2:00 a.m. local time, when clocks are turned back one hour to 1:00 a.m. standard time.
This "fall back" gives most people an extra hour of sleep but results in earlier sunsets.
Note that Arizona (except the Navajo Nation), Hawaii, and some U.S. territories like Puerto Rico do not observe DST.
