Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s former IT guy is about to have an ugly rendezvous with the American justice system, and even his decision to introduce Mr. Smashy to a number of hard drives associated with the case isn’t going to stop the truth from coming out.
That’s the takeaway from cybersecurity industry experts who told The Daily Caller that even though Imran Awan took a hammer to several hard drives seized by the FBI in relation to the case, it would be very easy for authorities to extract the data from them.

The Dem have payed these guys $4 million for IT services lol, what kind of education did they have on IT? I had assumed that they really went to town on those drives, damaging the platters, but I guess not. The platters can be removed and, if not damaged, mounted, spun up, and read. Protip: all you need to do is drill a couple (or even just one) hole through the drive, creating a mass unbalance modulation of the platter, making it unreadable due to the clearance distance of the read heads; the read head would be both hitting the platter and then being too far away to read.
