Which of the dead and wounded were patriots, and which tyrants?

A Grand Prairie man with ongoing martial problems opened fire on his estranged wife Saturday evening, then gunned down four other members of her family at a private birthday party before fatally shooting himself, Grand Prairie police said Sunday.

The couple had been hosting a birthday party at Forum Roller World for one of their two children, both of whom were unharmed.

Grand Prairie police identified the shooter as Tan Do, 35. He was pronounced dead at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas from a gunshot wound to the head.

His victims were his estranged wife, Trini Do, 29, of Grand Prairie; her two sisters, Lynn Ta, 16 and Michelle Ta, 28, of Grand Prairie; a brother, Hien Ta, 21; and a sister-in-law, Thuy Nguyen, 25.

The shooting occurred about 7 p.m. Saturday at the rink in the 1900 block of South Great Southwest Parkway in Grand Prairie.

Just how did you copy and paste extracts from this article and still manage to introduce a spelling error?

It was in the original. It has since been corrected. Feel free to ring the author and berate him. Gordon Dickson, 817-390-7796

I feel ashamed that I haven't produced a masterpiece of English usage like Blabo did....."Mid-evil'.

Using your link, it clearly says marital not martial.

More to the point what does the killing by a Vietnamese man of his wife and others have to do with anything?

Outstanding Mr. Prendergast, outstanding....

Not quite as outstanding as this, however, Blabo, is it?

Its no different that defending female circumcision or beating your wife or some of the others mid-evil shit they inflict on women....
If some idiot was burning cats or goats on an altar because it was his "religion", we wouldn't allow it.....

It clearly does. I also clearly stated that it had been corrected since the initial post was copied. Was there something pertinent you wanted to discuss, Tom?

Well you are one that seems to making a point above and beyond this tragedy, I was recently in Vietnam and I can tell you this would hardly be news over there.

We are not 'over there', Tom. Except that you are presumably 'over there' in England's green and pleasant land.

I am gratified beyond words to be the recipient of your information that a mass shooting is hardly news in Vietnam.

Did you have any other pearls of wisdom to share?
