Walmart says U.S. tariffs on imports from China and other countries will force the retail giant to begin raising some prices as soon as this month.

The company's CEO Doug McMillon said Thursday many items on the stores' shelves are costing more for the company, and will start costing more for shoppers too. Walmart's finance chief said higher prices were likely to come as soon as this month and into the summer.

Oh no! Now that cheap compressed wood chip and glue chinky end table that was 49.95 that busts in half when you set a remote control on it will go all the way up to 53.95. What ever will we do...lol
 
I wouldnt buy a paper clip from those bastards in china if i could help it. In fact i think they should be tariffed right out of business. BUY AMERICAN!

The can and will make the things that we can't get from China. Ultimately that means more American jobs that can support American workers and their families.

Well Sure we can make those things the petroleum products that make plastic are produced here not China. The technology the Chinese use was developed here. We need to take the long term perspective and not the immediate gratification road. We can't continue sending our jobs overseas. Besides there are a lot of unemployed Democrat ex government workers that will need new jobs.
