The American Left loves to rewrite history to suit its needs. Whereas Hitler was on the right wing of the extreme left, they've managed to have history declare him "right wing."

What similarly put Wallace on the right wing of the extreme left was his support of the Vietnam War and other Cold War actions.

Other than that and his support of segregation, Wallace would fit in nicely among today's Democrats. Much like Lester Maddox.

Which is not to say that segregation is a conservative or right wing issue. Conservatives and liberals both opposed it, just as conservatives and liberals both supported it.

Intelligent people understand they have to read on their own after graduation and "re-learn" history, that the history taught in school is agenda driven.

And then there are those like Desh...

For someone who spends so much time arguing we are a democracy you sure don't much about how it works. No one has chosen Trump. Not a single vote has been cast. Do you know how elections work?
