"The Director of the CDC during the COVID vaccine roll-out, Dr. Rochelle Walensky, told a US Senate committee in May of 2021 that “data have emerged” showing that vaccinated people cannot pass on the virus, even if they catch COVID, a first in vaccine science.

“Stopping the spread” of COVID was the central and most forceful argument used for pushing the US population into taking the COVID mRNA injections, which are actually not vaccines since they rely on a different technology than dead-virus inoculations.

On March 29, 2021 Walensky told MSNBC that:

“Our data from the CDC today suggests that vaccinated people do not carry the virus, don’t get sick. And that it’s not just in the clinical trials, but it’s also in real world data.”

And before a US Senate committee in May of 2021, Walensky said:

“Data have emerged again that [demonstrate] that even if you were to get infected during post vaccination that you can’t give it to anyone else,”

But there is a major problem with Walensky’s Senate testimony under oath and her public pronouncements. In August of 2022 a Pfizer president revealed under questioning in the European Parliament that not only did Pfizer’s product not stop transmission. It was never even tested for it.

In the case of Moderna, studies on transmission did not begin until April 2021, which lasted five months, which means the data would not have been available until September of 2021 at the earliest. This was five months after Walensky said ““Data have emerged again” that the vaccines stopped the spread."

Vaccines slow the spread of any viral disease, especially airborne viruses. Vaccines have eradicated smallpox and made polio almost nonexistent. It is fact that vaccines slowed the spread of the virus and made it less likely to kill those who took it. It is a scientific fact based on universal mathematical principles. The Right survives on knuckled dragging morons, and dies from them. The argument of this thread is an example of the stupidity. It's no secret vaccines were mainly effective in preventing serious disease and death, but as the virus mutated were less effective blocking transmission, also that people who received all vaccines and boosters fared better than those who received fewer. The CDC didn't hide this; it published it. I've given up posting links on this. Google is a click anyway for anyone who wants to look it up. To me, the mystery is why an infectious disease became a political hot boiler among people who don't know a fucking thing about it and never try to find out.

From one more knucklehead who thinks the virus is about politics. I guess a positive thing is that Covid has resulted in fewer such knuckleheads still with us than there would be otherwise.

Cite the study that shows anyone who got the death stab would have died had they gotten covid and not had the death stab.

Anyone who thinks the death stab stopped the spread of covid also thinks people can actually change genders by simply saying it. You're dealing with people who are completely detached from reality.

I would say the evidence of how the death rate has slowed proves the vaccine is effective. Does that logic escape you?
