Virginia's ballot access laws turn the tables on he GOP

Why is the GOP complaining about onerous voting laws to defend themselves but think poor people should just shut up and be disenfranchised ?

M'eh. Works for me. I'm sure Virginia will change their laws, otherwise they'll become irrelevant in any Primary/Caucus battles. You should hope they do it before next election where there will be a Primary battle for your party.

Newt hired temps to collect voter sigs.

The temps cheated him by using fake names.

Now why isnt Newt forced to disband his campaign by an outcry of republicans?

Rick Perry said the laws were “among the most onerous in the nation,” and possibly even unconstitutional.

Newt Gingrich compared their impact to Pearl Harbor.

Michele Bachmann, Jon Huntsman and Rick Santorum were so intimidated that they simply slunk away without a fight.

Social Security?

Obamacare?

Dodd-Frank?

Nope.

Virginia’s ballot-access laws.

Republicans — and most of the candidates — have turned their fire on Virginia.

So how is it that what Newt did to collect signatures of voters was not the same thing that ACORN did?

come on you cons there must be some reasoning you will come up with no matter how insane and hypocritical to explain why Newt was a victim and ACORN was doing something nefarious.
