My network is saying that this plan was cancelled, though the Imperial Empire plan to launch Taurus from Ukraine is still on and imminent.

It looks to me that the Imperial Empire is about to launch the next escalation in this war they demanded which has humiliated them. Some combination of Tomahawks/Taurus launches into Russia and a MI6 style (run) terrorism operation.
