Justices block Trump administration from deporting Venezuelan migrants; judge frustrated by DoJ’s failure to detail efforts to return wrongly deported man

They don't have the authority. NO court has authority over Trump's authority of the executive branch.

They don't have any such authority.

I hate to admit it, but the Democrats were right. It's time to expand the Supreme Court.

Deportation is not to prison, Wally.
Kilmar Abrego Garcia was deported, in what the trump administration calls an "administrative error" to a prison. You claim that the president can do this to anyone he wants, without any court oversight. So a future Democratic President can do it to you.

Kilmar Abrego Garcia was deported,
Good!
in what the trump administration calls an "administrative error" to a prison.
He didn't. Garcia was deported to El Salvador.
You claim that the president can do this to anyone he wants, without any court oversight.
That's right! If you are an illegal alien, you can be deported without any hearing. Garcia had TWO.
So a future Democratic President can do it to you.
I'm not an illegal alien, Wally.

Okay, then Trump should have them arrested, charged, stuck in a detention camp as flight risks, and they can sit in de facto jail until they get their "due process" at which point the get convicted and sentenced to deportation. I suggest he set up large tent encampments for this.
