I just read a News report on the deaths of four teenagers on Long Island at the hands of MS13.

This begs the question, why hasn't the State Department listed this international gang as a terrorist organization? It would seem that the local law enforcement agencies are unable or unwilling to take on this gage. By listing this gage as an international terrorist organization, the full weight and power of the federal government could be brought to bear on this gang and evict it from our nation.

you would think, at a minimum, that they could use RICO statutes against them like they are trying to do against motorcycle clubs they don't like............
