Slaughterhouse workers have been filmed beating and dragging terrified pigs across the floor at one of the US's biggest pork producing factories in Austin, Minnesota. Some of the animals appear to have open sores on their bodies and seem to shake in terror before they are slaughtered, apparently without being stunned first.

An edited version of the footage was released on social media and was filmed earlier this year by an investigator inside Quality Pork Processors (QPP), in Austin.

Appalling: One worker appears to be relish the horrific act of cruelty against the pigs, proudly commenting to one of his co-workers as the pigs move down the conveyor belt: 'That one was definitely alive'

Do you realize pigs can hurt/kill you ?
They are livestock, not pets. If you treat them like pets they WILL hurt you eventually. They are smart enough to know this place is not good so you better know they will look for any advantage they can find.
They are not dogs or cats.
