This is FUCKING DISGUSTING.

This is why gun grabbers can NEVER be trusted.

whether it's waitlists, or 'not allowing those with disabilities', it just gives license to gun grabbers to flat out disregard your 2nd amendment rights.

The guy in the vid has a spinal problem. That's grounds for not being able to have a gun.

He has to literally ask permission and he can be arbitrarily denied.

The elderly can be denied, for no particular reason other than they are old. How old is also not defined.

FUCK THAT.

If you give gun grabbers an inch, they will take a mile. Make NO mistake, they want to flat out deny guns from the entire public sphere.

NO COMPROMISE.

FROM OUR COLD DEAD HANDS MOTHERFUCKERS

that video is shit

I cranked it up and I cant hear half of it

I'm hope no one EVER gives you a permit grind

Here are my thoughts. To deny someone their 2nd amendment right is a violation of our constitutional right to bear arms. If an answer from a citizen to a question by a government employee could keep you from exercising your 2nd amendment right then in my opinion that could actually violate the 5th amendment and if you are background checked to exercise your right then that could be a violation of the 6th amendment. Since the second amendment does not mention exclusions to that right and states that the right shall not be infringed then if the government puts up barriers to restrict that right then that could be a violation of the 9th amendment as a way to expand government authority. When we start to let these things go it means that our rights begin to be slowly chipped away at. We should be responsible with our weapons but we also be careful not to give up rights since the more rights were give up or restrict the harder it will be to get them back to their original constitutional intent in the future.

it is constitutional to have gun laws

pretending that it is not makes you anti constitutional

It is constitutional through the 10th amendment but in that case it puts the responsibility on the states and people and not the federal government. There is no constitutional right for the federal government to restrict our rights.

and?

this video is New jersey laws

If the state of New Jersey's citizens vote to limit their federal constitutional rights in favor of their state's rights or state's constitution then I am ok with that. If the citizens choose to reverse those state laws in the future the that's good with me too, but the federal government does not have the right to infringe on our constitutional right to bear arms which is what I was talking about. That's clearly mentioned in the bill of rights.

Except it isn't. States do not have rights. States cannot have rights. States can only have powers. And the 10th says as much.
