We already knew that Muslim women were being forced to live under Sharia law under the threat of violence, death, and being ostracized by their friends, family, and communities through the state sanctioned sharia councils whose President has called for the legalization of rape and a member of the board of directors who called for the legalization of wife beating, but nobody cares because the left supports the rape and murder of Muslim women but now we know that Sharia also aplies to nom-Muslims due to the UK selling their country to dar al-Islam:

On top of this lies the problem of "jurisdiction creep," whereby Sharia courts are adjudicating on matters well outside the arbitration framework, such as by deciding cases relating to criminal law, including those involving domestic violence and grievous bodily harm.

As a result, Muslim women, who may lack knowledge of both the English language and their rights under British law, are often pressured by their families to use Sharia courts. These courts often coerce them to sign an agreement to abide by their decisions, which are imposed and viewed as legal judgments.

Worse yet, "Refusal to settle a dispute in a Sharia forum could lead to threats and intimidation, or being ostracized and labelled a disbeliever," the report states, and adds:

"There is a particular concern that women face pressure to withdraw allegations of domestic violence after they make them. Several women's groups say they are often reluctant to go to the authorities with women who have run away to escape violence because they cannot trust police officers within the community not to betray the girls to their abusing families."

Haitham al-Haddad is a British Sharia court judge, and sits on the board of advisors for the Islamic Sharia Council. Regarding the handling of domestic violence cases, he stated in an interview, "A man should not be questioned why he hit his wife, because this is something between them. Leave them alone. UK: Sharia Courts Abusing Muslim Women

Sheikh Maulana Abu Sayeed, who runs the largest network of sharia courts in Britain, claimed husbands who rape their wives should not be prosecuted because “sex is part of marriage”.

When asked if he believed non-consensual marital sex could be rape he said *defiantly: “No.

“Clearly there cannot be any rape within the marriage. Maybe aggression, maybe indecent activity.”

He is now president of the Islamic Sharia Council which operates 16 courts in Britain, including in Birmingham, Bradford and London.

Muslim tribunals exploit a legal loophole which allows sharia courts to be classified as arbitration courts, with their rulings binding in law.

That one is compelled to go personally fight terrorists before they can criticize the rape and oppression of women by these barbarians is a lame argument and not worthy of justifying with a response.

What is justified is pointing out the abject hypocrisy of our self-appointed social justice crusaders who turn a blind eye towards it because it doesn't involve, Christians, white males or any other their favored bogie men.

Does the sound of lapdoggies barking about Islam have a magical effect on the rapists and killers?

Does it make them reconsider their evil raping and murdering ways?
