Prince Harry and Sir Elton John among group suing Daily Mail publisher over 'bugging, impersonation and accessing bank accounts'

Associated Newspapers says it "utterly and unambiguously" refutes the claims, which it calls "preposterous smears". It says the lawsuit is unsubstantiated and "based on no credible evidence".
