Fox News' Tucker Carlson has conceded that allegations of fraud which he suggested can be confirmed might not alter the election outcome—though insisted that is not the sole reason to pursue them.

The Fox News host has rallied behind calls to pursue suggestions of foul play in the election, with President Donald Trump and his team launching lawsuits linked to such accusations in several states.

It comes with networks having called the election in Democrat Joe Biden's favor, determining him to have won the Electoral College majority and therefore the presidency—though Trump and his allies have pushed against this.

I thought you lefties said fraud didn't exist.

So far I agree with Tucker on this one. But I am willing to have patience and wait until it all plays out.

If the last election were still in this state at this time I would be just as willing to have waited. It would still have been fun to celebrate the schadenfreude. I fully expect others to express the same.

This is not new. Trump does not have special rights because he is an egomaniac with psychological problems. Concede and let us move on.
Saying let it play out suggests this is normal. It is not. He does not merit special treatment.

Are libs admitting fraud here?

Personally, I have never seen anyone claim that there is zero fraud or irregularity. When over 140 million people vote, there are going to be some irregularities.

What people say is that there is no widespread or coordinated fraud. Studies that have been done have found minor issues, but they are insignificant and negligible.

Most states have created such strict fail safe processes in place, that Voter Fraud is rare and pretty obvious and easily revealed when it does happen.

I'm sure there are violations. Not on any sizeable grand scale though. More on just a few isolated cases. But when that happens, the violators are easily caught and prosecuted!

What I'm worried about is Trump's goons trying to plant manufactured voter fraud. Trump needs to create skepticism in the voting process in order for him to win. He's desperate. He doesn't care about fairness. He wants to win at all cost and does anybody doubt that he's willing to break the law to create the perception (real or fake) that he won the election?

Right, just a few years back we had a Dem candidate that still hadn't conceded at this point, and I would guess that you supported it... in fact it didn't happen that the person conceded until the courts had played out. His concession happened on December 13th.

Let it play out, this is not normal, but it isn't unprecedented. It will play out.

I'm okay w/ letting challenges play out.

But the end needs to be clearly defined. It isn't right now.

Well, there goes Tucker’s reputation with the Trumpublicans.

That's like saying that since only 1% of speeders get tickets, that there is no evidence of widespread speeding.

I watched Tucker last night. He made this whole appeal to "return to honesty," because both sides grasp for conspiracy theories when there isn't an honest dialogue.

That part was right.

But he didn't call out Donald Trump as he relates to that concept. Trump has created the post-truth era. Getting America back to some semblance of truth starts w/ POTUS.

Not really.

Widespread, coordinated fraud is an extremely serious allegation - one that can shake the foundation of our republic if true. People need more than the video getting spammed here today of 2 election workers in Delaware, time stamping ballots, with a claim that they're filling them out for Biden.
