This is an unbelievable abuse of power. A woman was on a return flight from Phoenix to LA where TSA agents were expecting her. They had harassed her on a previous flight. She had containers of breast milk which under federal guidelines is considered a "medical liquid" and should not be x-rayed. What follows in this video is outrageous...including the fact that 30 minutes of video that TSA withheld after requesting a copy of the ordeal.

A little side note:
Most Government insurance only covers you in a lawsuit, when it is found that you were acting within the proper guidelines.
If the Court finds that the TSA agents had overstepped their authority, the entire monetary judgement could have to be paid by the TAS agents themselves.
That means that their wages can be garnished, liens put on their homes, cars and other belongings.
Wanna bet that this gets settled out of court, which would be a shame; because this means that more then likely a confidentiality agreement would be signed and no one would find out how this ends.

This is definitely an actionable lawsuit against the TSA~ They must know they acted against their own policy and guidelines...why else keep 30 minutes of video? The fact that the cop told her that they had been basically laying in wait for her is outrageous.

This is not vague.
TSA is also modifying the rules associated with carrying breast milk through security checkpoints. Mothers flying with, and now without, their child will be permitted to bring breast milk in quantities greater than three ounces as long as it is declared for inspection at the security checkpoint.
Breast milk is in the same category as liquid medications.
When carrying formula, breast milk, or juice through the checkpoint, they will be inspected, however, you or your infant or toddler will not be asked to test or taste breast milk, formula, or juice. Our Security Officers may test liquid exemptions (exempt items more than 3 ounces) for explosives.

That fat TSA agent was loving every minute of her abuse of power! Did you see where she grabbed the womans arm? The woman was trying to retrieve the document showing her rights from the tub of her belongings and that fat bitch grabbed her damned arm! I wanted to smack her just for that!
I mean seriously...this is a woman who has paid for her ticket and is following ALL of their fricking ridiculous policies and she is treated like some sort of dope dealing crimminal fcol!
