I remember pubs bashing Obama for using the teleprompter, but seriously, Trump's Syria speech was almost painful the way he kept glued to the teleprompters.

What's up?

Have the powers that be got to him?
 
I'm glad, given these unfortunate circumstances. Based on his track record he could have done anything from dumping thermonuclear weapons on Syria to have french kissed Putin while flipping off the Joint chiefs. He took some advice.

I like Douchebag Donald's prepared speeches. I remember when he gave that first scripted speech on foreign policy, and wondering where the fuck the teleprompter had been all those months.
 
Trump needs the TelePrompTer. Most all of them do. It kept Obama from going off script. I'm not sure it helped Bush II any lol.

Reagan probably didn't need one, given his background.
