One way to know how self-delusional Trump's claim of victory is, is to notice that there has been no celebration.

Ordinarily when a candidate is recognized as the winner there is a great celebration at the campaign headquarters.

Republicans have had no such celebration. That means they all know Trump's words are meaningless.

Seven Democrat Wards in Milwaukee turned in more votes than registered voters.
90% of Milwaukee wards reported 90% voter turnout!


The Milwaukee City Wire reported:


Seven City of Milwaukee voting wards reported more 2020 U.S. Presidential election votes than they had registered voters, according to an analysis of results and Secretary of State files.


Five of them are in the city’s eleventh aldermanic ward, on the city’s far Southwest Side.


Vice President Joe Biden carried the five in 2020 with 3,768 votes to President Donald Trump’s 2,883— a margin of 885, or eight times what it was in 2016, when Trump earned 1,904 votes to Hillary Clinton’s 2,012.


The City of Milwaukee reported record turnout of 84 percent Tuesday; 243,144 of 288,833 registered city voters cast a ballot.


Biden defeated Trump in Milwaukee 195,034 to 48,110, a margin of 145,916. He won 80 percent of the city’s total vote.


Of the city’s 327 voting wards, 90 reported turnout of greater than 90 percent; 201 reported turnout higher than 80 percent.

Hopefully it is going that way. I refuse to assume anything until the AP calls it.

Either now or 4 years from now I will be extremely relieved to be done with him.

I also believe it is crucially important for our nation to make sure he is prosecuted fully for any crimes he may have committed. If he is allowed to walk away and escape answering for his alleged crimes, there is nothing to stop him from filing papers to run for president in 2024 and cranking right back up again with a 4 year campaign including holding rallies and whipping up further hatred, stoking the fires of bitter division in the USA.

Trump only cares about two things, his money and his jail time.

That is so true. I had not even noticed, but now that you mention it.

Even his worshipers do not believe he won. They are not celebrating a win.

Good point. If Trump really won, if his fanatics really believed it, they would be shooting off fireworks, probably shooting their guns off into the sky in some dumb cases, and generally carrying on with glee. They would be out in the streets with all their flags on all their big pick up trucks, having a huge nationwide celebration.

Instead, they are suddenly at a loss, in a state of denial at the situation, trying to convince themselves the reports are wrong, reeling, searching for some alternate reality they would prefer to see.
 
The trumpanzees are actually taking it better than I'd like to see, PoliTalker.

I'd love to see them all self-immolating in the streets. Seriously.

If trump had limited his past lies, his worshipers would have believed him. Instead, his worshipers have grown used to calling his lies "jokes", and ignoring them.

So you think that four junior congresswomen will be able to move up the next election to elect a new President-Elect on January 20th of 2021? That would require a whole amendment to pass in a few months.
