btw i will get slammed for this but i wanna bring up too that hitler took a country that was humbled after ww1. Disarmed, squeezed up to their eyeballs in reparations, and with no real prospects for the future and almost won ww2.
on topic though every globalist is going to slam america first. If america stops paying for defense and actually put price control on drugs for its people countries like denmark sweden germany would not be able to afford all its social programs.

It's counter-intuitive, at best, for foreign policy to be not America first. All nations are self-serving on the foreign policy front. Does France or Japan or Russia put their own interests aside before entering a treaty? Hell no, lol.
What Trump was getting at is this country has had its interests put behind global interests and it's gone on too long. And many people agree with him.

Capitalism in Germany was in a far deeper crisis, so the equivalents of Darth whatsit had no alternative but to support a mass-murdering racist or give way to decency and a democratic system.
