Trump 'win' is the worst popular vote performance since 1876

there have been 3 (?) presidents who have gained seats during the midterms for their party.

Trump will be the fourth.
 
At age 44 I've been through several Presidents now and once someone is in office does the margin of victory ever get brought up? Not a rhetorical question either. I'm just wondering if any legislation has been proposed and someone in Congress said "I would have voted no but you have a large margin of victory so I'm voting yes, or vice versa".

The layout is a slam dunk for the GOP in the Senate - they have so many more seats they can pick off. Still, it will be a minimal gain there.

You should really buckle up for the House. The GOP is going to get trounced in the House. I've been watching elections pretty closely since Reagan. I have never seen the left even close to this energized.

a majority of americans also hate hillary clinton. that's why she did not get a majority of the vote.
