It's quite possible that he will be given a plea deal to avoid prison. He will be required to admit in court that he stole, lied, and covered up. It's also possible that part of this deal may require that he drop out of the presidential race. Stay tuned!

Not sure how prosecutors could make him drop out of the race, but I do think it will be a consequence of him pleading guilty.

He may be convicted of the charges, but there's a security concern with putting him in prison along with the possibility of martyrizing him if behind bars.
I expect he'll quietly disappear into "retirement" at Mar-a-Lago under the watchful eyes of the Secret Service and the Federal Marshall's. As they are doing now, the Republican Party will move on without him.
I strongly doubt so many Republicans would be running for office if they thought Pedo Don was a contender.
