We dropped two nuclear weapons on them, we broke it, we bought it. Their unconditional surrender they signed forced them to give up all military, in exchange for which we told them we'd protect them.

You said we dropped two nukes on Japan, smashed their military, and took their surrender with a promise to protect them since they had to ditch all their forces. All true, that was the deal back then. Now Japan has beefed up big time, way beyond what that old agreement meant.

They've got plenty of badass F-35 jets, warships with missiles, and they are pumping cash into defense, planning to double it soon. We are cool with it too, since stuff like China acting tough changed the game. So yeah, they are not the defenseless kid we signed up to babysit anymore, in fact, that deal was broken long ago.

No he didn't. I don't know why I bother. Look down a little further and I explain why that's not accurate to Damo. There's no need to repeat myself to you. As usual you have no idea what you're talking about, you never do. Even after you read the correct information you'll still be confused and if you actually understand, you'll simply run off like a coward.
