National security is the job of the federal government. Don't like how it's applied, get 270 electoral votes in 2020 and you can determine it.
It's not the job of government to provide or ensure Americans have coverage. If you don't like that 46 million don't have it, pay their premiums yourself.

Actually we said +/-44 million were uninsured in 2010 before O'care, and then the numbers dropped to 28 million by the time trump took office.
Based on the number Obama used in 2008 and the one you used in the OP today, very few.
If, as you indicated, 46 million don't have coverage now and that was what Obama said in 2008, it seems the black monkey couldn't produce.
