Trump unable to deliver - Emergency!

46 million without health insurance - silence!

He'll be out of office before an inch of wall is built.

Better yet, if the declaration passes constitutional muster, the door is open for things like climate change and gun control. Think the coal industry is dying now? Trump's success is their death sentence.

Long term unintended consequences for a pissant political stunt because he failed in his own duties. :rofl2:

National security is the job of the federal government. Don't like how it's applied, get 270 electoral votes in 2020 and you can determine it.

It's not the job of government to provide or ensure Americans have coverage. If you don't like that 46 million don't have it, pay their premiums yourself.

in other words, Trump does something related to an emergency and you support Democrats doing it because they're mad about it?

The duly elected congress refused to appropriate money to Rumps pet project, so he is trying to take it anyway.

Perhaps. Roberts will be the swing vote.

Regardless, it will be years before we get there. Even if Trump is successful, the long term consequences for the right will be devastating.

No many more are insured than before, it just needs to be expanded.

Ummm, when your lord and savior was hawking this POS, libs were claiming 33 million uninsured. Now you say there are 46 million. Maths not your strong point, eh?

Actually we said +/-44 million were uninsured in 2010 before O'care, and then the numbers dropped to 28 million by the time trump took office.
