A person commits the offense of criminal attempt when, with intent to commit a specific crime, he performs any act which constitutes a substantial step toward the commission of that crime. Georgia Penal Code Section 16-4-3,

(a) A person commits the offense of criminal solicitation when, with intent that another person engage in conduct constituting a felony, he solicits, requests, commands, importunes, or otherwise attempts to cause the other person to engage in such conduct. 16-4-7

A person who knowingly and willfully falsifies, conceals, or covers up by any trick, scheme, or device a material fact; makes a false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or representation; or makes or uses any false writing or document, knowing the same to contain any false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or entry, in any matter within the jurisdiction of any department or agency of state government or of the government of any county, city, or other political subdivision of this state shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not more than $1,000.00 or by imprisonment for not less than one nor more than five years, or both. 16-10-20

 it shall be unlawful for any person to:
(1) Knowingly file, enter, or record any document in a public record or court of this state or of the United States knowing or having reason to know that such document is false or contains a materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or representation;  16-10-20.1

and conspiracy to defraud... 16-10-21

This one is problematic IMHO. Of course the other one should have been, but Trump had a spin that at least allowed some cover for Senate Republicans. Congress has been sworn in. The Judiciary committee should meet tomorrow, review the tape, and vote on articles of impeachment. They should be taken up by the full house, and the Senate should be forced to vote again on whether they find solicitation of an election official to rig an election is impeachable. Let's put them on the record one last time. The Republican party is dead.

He should be charged with criminal attempt and solicitation to violate several of the offenses against public administration in the state of Georgia,
for which he cannot receive a federal pardon.

Hilarious are people who accept Trump's behavior and the threat he is to the American system. You are the Trump rube. He conned you like a child. He showed who he was and you did not care.
Trump wants the military to get involved in the last couple of weeks. He ordered the Georgia Secty of state to find 12,000 votes to overthrow the election. You don't care.
