Trump: The Third-Time Sucker on Russia

1) Bush looked into Putin's eyes, and because he was wearing a Christian cross, deemed Putin to be a man of God. Russia subsequently invaded Georgia.

2) Obama was fooled into aiming for better a Russian relationship when Dmitri Medvedev was "president" (Putin was behind the scenes pulling his strings). Russia subsequently annexed Crimea, invaded the Ukraine, propped up Assad as he committed the greatest atrocities in Syrian history, and effectively hacked the US election (according to Trump's own intel).

3) With past history of Russia evident, Trump 100% trusts Putin's word that he didn't interfere with the US election (wink wink), refuses to implement Russian sanctions (wink wink), and is sooooo weak on Putin and Russia's machinations in the Ukraine that he mights as well be giving them carte blanche. If it were up to Trump, he'd remove ALL sanctions against Russia.

Trump is weaker and more of a fool on Russia than Obama and Bush combined -- multiplied by a factor of ten. This is ASSUMING Trump is not in cahoots with Putin to begin with. The best case scenario for Trump is that he's simply a fool.

in return for Russian troops getting out of Donbass -surpassing even the flawed Minsk agreement

It is not up to you, to the United States, or to an American president to dictate the terms under which the sovereign nation of Ukraine "must" give up it's sovereign territory to a foreign power. That is completely up to Ukrainians to decide, in concert with bilateral talks with Russia. Your opinion isn't worth jack. Our one and only role is to advocate for, and help to implement international law. Under which one nation - particularly a militarily stronger nation - is not allowed to take territory from a weaker nation.

That is not me being anti-Russian. My cousin and I wanted to fight a Ukrainian punk rock band that was performing some truly vile, anti-Russian agitprop.
What that is, is me being pro-international law.
