Even people who hated Obama and Biden never claimed they smelled.

It sounds like there's a kernel of truth to this claim.

An old man who saturates himself in hair spray and makeup products must exude a pungent chemical smell at a minimum.

Combined with the fact fat people sweat more, Trump undoubtedly emits a smell that combines body odor and chemicals.
