There is no "right" or "wrong" here. He was going to declare victory no matter what the circumstances.

He's making election deniers who fell for his "massive fraud" thing (which he also said in '16) look like gullible fools.

The MAGA cult doesn't care, Trump could shoot someone on Fifth avenue, or steal top secret government documents, and they would only furiously French kiss his flabby ass even more.

They are fascists, and I don't have any doubt 80 percent of the cult would have supported Trump if he successfully engineered a military coup to prevent Biden from serving his term.
