lol. Apparently 17 years later our government is still preparing reports on how prepared they are for y2k. I wonder why we never remove laws and regulations like this?
This is one of my pet peeves. We keep wanting to add new stuff but never review current stuff when a simple review that takes a day or two will find dozens of redundant or useless things we can remove.
