Trump makes 'disturbing remarks' about his 1-year-old daughter in resurfaced clip

An old clip of a 1994 interview with Donald Trump and Marla Maples has resurfaced, with many pointing out the 'disturbing' nature of the now-President's comments about his baby daughter

A vintage video of Donald Trump sitting for an interview with his then-wife Marla Maples is going viral after users were shocked at a 'disturbing' comment the president made about his new baby.

The 1994 interview from an old show, Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous, was once wiped from the internet — likely simply due to its age, but after Trevor Noah dug it up for his show last month, another user has managed to share it, and it has gone viral.

In the clip, Trump was asked an innocent question about his then-baby daughter Tiffany, who was a year old at the time. Trump responded by making a crude comment, which has caught heat online.

Trump got really up close and personal with the show's host, Robin Leach, like many celebrities before him. Leech asked him, "Now, Donald, what does Tiffany have of yours and what does Tiffany have of Marla’s?"

“Well, I think that she's got a lot of Marla," Trump began. "She's really a beautiful baby and she's got Marla's legs. We don't know whether or not she's got this part yet, but time will tell,” Trump said, motioning in front of his chest with his hands and making a common obscene gesture.

One commenter wrote, "A 1994 video is going VIRAL of Donald Trump making disturbing remarks about his 1-year-old daughter. This is NOT normal. Every American needs to see this."

Another added that "This isn’t “locker room talk.” It’s a glimpse into who he’s always been."

A third user added: "Why does people think that's funny, this is a huge [red flag]. And how can you sit near this man as a mother and laugh, it's your baby. Where I live and someone would say this about his baby daughter, the authorities would doing a welfare check on his family."

Yet another commenter added: "He made a creepy joke about his baby daughter’s body on national TV. The room went cold. And somehow this man still ends up in power. America, we need a mirror."

Tiffany spends more of her time away from the limelight but her older half-sister Ivanka served as a senior advisor to their father during his first term in office.

And no one has forgotten Trump's 2006 comment about Ivanka on The View. He said, "I don't think Ivanka would do that, although she does have a very nice figure. I've said if Ivanka weren't my daughter, perhaps I'd be dating her."

Some other comments in the same year on the Howard Stern show also made headlines, as Trump told the controversial host, about his daughter, "she's actually always been very voluptuous. She's tall, she's almost 6 feet tall and she's been, she's an amazing beauty.”

In 2016, Ivanka responded to the comments. "I was bothered by it, but it’s largely been discredited since." She added that she had “known my father, obviously, my whole life," and he was “not a groper".

“He has total respect for women,” Ivanka said to Dr. Oz, now Trump's Administrator for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. "He believes ultimately in merit," Ivanka offered.
