Trump is clueless about the Constitution. How many “Lovin Eyes” Republicans here can and will defend his total non-understanding of the fact that the American flag actually stands for the “right to burn the flag?” Why is he clueless that our military fights to defend the right to burn the flag?

Is Trump a Castro fan? What would happen to Trump if he burned a Cuban flag in Cuba? Does Trump intend to copy the Castro Cuban model for America? Why does Trump want to put people in jail for a year and revoke their citizenship for burning a piece of cloth that symbolizes the freedom to burn that very piece of cloth?


Why is Trump ignorant of the fact that a natural born American Citizen’s citizenship cannot be constitutionally revoked?
 
Even professional politicians are clueless and Causeless; can't really expect a businessman to be proficient at the law, simply from jury duty.

it should come as no surprise that conservatives AND liberals only believe in certain rights for others. It used to be the belief of americans of 'I may not like that right, but i'll fight to the death for you to keep that right'. Now, not so much. all hail the american divide.

Must be confusing that right of speaking freely with.........."HATE SPEECH"...no? Just think...those who burn the US flag are making a statement. They hate....homosexuals, etc., after all HATE SPEECH is often symbolized by action....thus those burning the flag must hate everyone that falls under the protection of that flag....they hate those people because of gender, ethnic origin, religion, race, disability, sexual preference...etc.,

Yep....FREE SPEECH is a grand thing. :) That's what I see when I see someone burning the US FLAG.....they are protesting against all things that stands protected under that flag. But...then I consider the source...snowflake liberals....who don't even know what the hell they are protesting or what they themselves believe, as one has to have core values to demonstrate core values. They stand for nothing...yet fall for everything.

Having the "right" to speak....and having the intelligence to know when "NOT TO SPEAK", is called wisdom. One never learns anything by talking.

Whose rights have been denied? The premise of this thread is false in that all we have is a President elects OPINION on a matter of great importance to a majority of Americans who get what allegiance and national pride mean; unlike a small band of angry, unemployed, filthy Marxist oriented leftists who use brown shirt tactics insisting that their way is the ONLY way.

Every American should read and study the Constitution. It's your written guarantee of your inalienable rights and privileges and your/our guarantee of a minimal limited federal government. Any candidate for the Presidency should be well studied in constitutionalism as required, mandated and demanded by the people simply for the good of the nation, don't you agree?

The right & left politicians know the Constitution and spend their total terms in power attempting and succeeding to violate it. Their prejudiced ideologies are way more important to them than our founders blueprint for a more perfect union and justice for all.
